Filppula better make the most of this. This is his chance to show his stuff. I dont think they will be able to get the puck off of Datsyuk and Filppula when they're out there together!

I thought it was Hemsky. Regardless, Hemsky and Cogliano are damn fast.

Maybe this is why Kopecky has been staying around for what it seems like no good reason. Maybe he is good in front of the net like Homer, but was never on a line with guys like Dats and Hossa to show it......

Ya, I agree. I think Filppula is a good fit with Zetterberg and Franzen. Filppula is a playmaker, and I think he can perform on a line with guys like them.

Wings are 7-2-2 after a long post season. And after a tough road trip out west against the Kings, Ducks, and Sharks. Yes the defence looks a little shaky, but we have nothing to worry about, what are we 11 games in? Give it some time.

I think the Wings miss Franzen's size, they are getting pushed around tonight. Also Kopecky is useless.

Why doesnt Stuart fight? He is a pretty big guy, Im sure he could hold his own. Is was sort of embarassing to see him go down at the end like that.

Remember game 5 of the Pens series? When Z and D got split up. Both lines played very well. Maybe because it was the end of the game, but I can see next year Dats playing with Hossa, Franzen with Z, and Filppula/Homer somewhere in there. That would be sick.
