I thought he played pretty well. Has a great shot, spot on passes and seemed very strong in our own zone. Only mistake I saw him make was somewhere middle or late in the 3rd period when he went to make a open ice hit, missed and blues got a scoring chance out of it. But outside of that...A for effort! I think he is ready.

Im not a big fan of Roberts...but I would feel pretty bad for the guy if this is how it ends for him. I dont think he deserves that... Anyway, I do think Neil would be a pretty good fit here. We could use someone like that.

I got a pretty good kick out of that one too. While it was pretty funny, it is disrespectful to the Canes at the same time.

This is going to be interesting hehe. Anyone know the next time NJ and the Rangers play? Im sure I wont be the only one watching that. But even with that said, I have a feeling Avery will be on his best behavior.......for awhile anyway.

I live in New York and I have alot of friends who are Ranger fans. Despite there drop off this season just about all of my ranger friends like Renney. Dunno what it is about him but they all seem to have loved him.

Pretty good period. First 5 or 10 mins were a little iffy but we seemed to step it up after that. Conks also looked pretty good.

Lots of cheering when the goal was announced. Good to see Wings fans in other states! ...Such as myself!

I dont really mind seeing improvment in either the neutral zone or there own zone, as both of those seem to be weaknesses so far this year. As far as Datsyuk goes, I noticed last game he seemed to have been out muscled a few times near the coners...which is rare for him...so maybe? YEAH!!! WINGS SCORED!!!

Funny you should say that, Im not the biggest Chelios fan on earth and I personally think its about time he hangs them up but... On my drive home I was thinking the same thing... Maybe things will turn around a bit when he comes back.

Hey all. I missed most of the game due to having to be on the ambulance most of the night (Im a EMT), and of course we had 10 billion calls so I didnt get to watch the first two periods, so anything I say has to do with that wonderful 3rd... How I personally see it is. Yeah we blew the game. No way around it. I DONT think Ozzy was HORRIBLE, but he has been better as well. I forgot who said it but the person who said "Ozzy wont steal you many games, but he wont loose you any either" kinda fits the part. Our Defense was once again terrible. Im not TOO worried about this right now...because its...well....Not even half way through Nov. It is something that we have to address, and I think it will be taken care of before playoff time. However if its not..it will become a problem. Thing that bothers me the most is the fact we have been pretty consistant with giving the puck over since the start of this season. Our first pass coming out of our own zone has been a real troubling issue. We are also taking WAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY too many penalties. Most of them are really uncalled for too. I personally dont think its the Refs either. We are just taking stupid penalties. I think most of these issues will be fixed, so im not nervous about it yet. (We arent even 1/4 though the season!) However...come March if we are still having the same problems, then...Ill be a little nervous

The Good - Ozzie played very very well. - Much better D - 4th line wasnt a total joke - No where near as many turn overs this game - Great PK - Great PP The Bad - We made that game alot closer then it should have been - We didnt look that great in the 3rd - Took to many penalties The Ugly - Stil cant get over that Kronwall "hold" Well anyway a win is a win. Now got some time off...alot of time off.

Kronwall DID play that perfectly. Can someone exsplain how exactly, as a D-man...your SUPPOSTED to play a situation like that without letting the foward completly blow by you?

Im not one to complain about calls very often, but I wasnt to happy about that last boarding call and im not to happy about that "hold" either...
