One of the better periods of hockey we have played as of late. Hopefully it will continue. Happy to see Meech out there. Just wanna see Helm now and ill be happy.

Love the effort Meech has put forth so far. Also like seeing a Redwing fight. Good job Mac! Much better overall effort then we have seen the past couple games-DAMN GOAL POST!

Well happy to see that game end. At least we got some time off till our next game. Maybe some changes will be made? Guess we will see. Oh and I like that Dumbassery word too!

Hahaha! As pissed off I am at this team right now, its comments like that, that at least give me something to laugh at. I THINK we have only won 2 games this year by more then one goal, and both those games were empty net goals at the end. Correct me if im wrong?

Yes they are...its now 4-1 Our D coverage is beyond bad this game.

Yup. Not saying we have been HORRIBLE in every game, but our record is much better then how we have been playing.

I hate to say it, but I kinda hope we have a really awesome 3rd period and come back to win the game. Or we have a really bad 3rd period and we can use this game as a wake up call. Im pretty sure the wings will get it together as the season comes along, but damn...this is pretty bad. Never thought I would say this a season ago but our defense is just horrible.

I cant remember the last time I saw a wings game where we got outshot this badly. I feel bad for Conks, he has played very well so far.

Our defensive coverage is sloppy at best. Seems most of the goals we have givin up this year have been due to either really bad coverage or a turnover. Hmm...and now another PK. If they score here this could get ugly....but then again maybe thats just what this team needs!

Much better effort this period. And I laugh at those who were saying all those mean things about Hossa after the first few games

None of our D-men have looked very good so far. Even Lids doesnt seem to be his normal self this year. Rafalski has been getting burned a couple times a game, Lilja is just terrible and Kronwall doesnt seem to be putting in all that much effort. Maybe trying something different and change up all the D pairings in practice sometime...just to see if something might click?

Our passes coming out of the zone have been horrible so far this season. Not sure what the difference is from last year to this one. Hopefully its just the cup hangover deal. Ah...Maybe when Chelios comes back things will turn around! hehehehe
