I am sure that you are aware of the two teams record against each other this season, BUT whatever floats your boat. I am simply saying that the Blues will win 4-3, be it in Regulation, OT or in a Shootout. Holmstrom, Zetterberg and Meech for you and Oshie, Perron, Backes and McDonald for us.

    Panger signs

It looks like the Coyote flux has worked to my teams benefit. Now Bernie can do what he does best - talk to people, just not during a broadcast. http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/st...1E?OpenDocument

    Hurricanes/Wings/Caps/Blues

This list from ESPN ranks all the teams from MLB/NFL/NBA/NHL according to certain criteria. http://www.stltoday.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=639548 Just think how high the BLUES would have been ranked if we actually had won a cup by now!! http://www.stltoday.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=639270 I did leave 1 NHL team off of the Title. Sorry

    Conklin signs with the Blues

I am glad that this was the goalie we signed. I liked him in Pitt. From this forum he seems to be well liked and is being received very well in St. Louis. http://www.stltoday.com/blogzone/morning-skate/?p=805 He also seems to speak what he feels. He was only tarnished by 1 season in Detroit so he is being accepted with open arms

Nice of the Blues to take out......... NASHVILLE ..............FOR YOU SINCE YOU COULD NOT WIN THE SEASON SERIES. SEE YOU IN THE PLAYOFFS BECAUSE WE DID WHAT WE HAD TO DO EVEN WITH 457 MAN GAMES LOST DUE TO INJURY. Redwings pre 1991.....

The Blues have been in the playoffs since Jan. 3rd -- They have the most points and best winning % in the league since that date. We just wonder how an awesome team like Detroit can f*** away games against teams the Blues have dominated. Almost every game since the start of the new year you have lost games badly against Nashville and Columbus 8-0,7-2 etc. If St. Louis took Detroit out of the division won/ lost record the Blues would be the best team. We are just saying that from our prospective your team does not show up everynight and that flat out sucks for teams that play hard everygame. Cruise Control is your teams Modus Operandi

The Blues managed to win 1 game against your team and you freak like this? This shows a remarkable lack of confidence with a defending Stanley Cup team. What is your problem!?! LET'S GO BLUES!!

    Rick Nash destroyed

This is a peek into the future not as of right now! I am surmising that the potential is there to put Hull and Oates era into the backseat of Blues history. I know the Berenson/Ecclestone/St. Marseille line, the Unger/Plante/Thomson line and the Federko/Sutter/Bourbonnais later Babych line were all important stages of the Blues. I post here very infrequently so, "I resent being lumped in with all the other trolls !" Some of you know that I have popped over on this forum for the last 4-5 years. Wasabi - Who r u? I also want to face Detroit in the 1st round --- Something about 09' being revenge for 96' being revenge for 92' - Our turn this year and then face SJ for 2000 payback. My, it is fun to fantasize!! LOL

    Rick Nash destroyed

We do not need your sarcasm and uncivility. Nor do we anticipate your unbiased classification skills beimg forthcoming. The hits were exciting and depending on perspective, either the greatest thing since sliced bread or the greatest evil the world of Ohio has even seen. I see Oshie, Perron, Berglund, Johnson and Pieterangelo as the best starting lineup in the history of the St. Louis Blues. They remind me of Zetterberg and Datsyuk during their 1st 2 years in Detroit when the media was labeling them as only soft Euro's who could score but little else. I think we can agree that that assessment has been proven obsolete. LET'S GO BLUES!! SEE YOU THURSDAY>>>>>>>>>AND MAYBE THE 1ST ROUND!!

3/14 GDT: Red Wings 5 at Blues 2

Detroit with 4 straight wins against the Blues but that ends this afternoon. Blues win 4-2 with an empty net goal by McClement. The Blues finish 8th and set up a revenge match against S.J. I remember who knocked out our only Presidents Trophy team and as much as I despise Detroit, we have beaten you in several playoff series. I want Tako or calamari for dinner and shark bites for Easter! "LET'S GO BLUES!"

I have no doubt that he could, now Cam Janssen on the other hand should have his way with our discarded explayer Downey.

This should be an exceptional game tonight - A real playoff type game. Interesting that little Aaron Downey got called up yesterday. Oz is in the nets, yes? Welcome to the jungle boys! 4-3 Blues win.

    11/21 GDT: Red Wings 3, Blues 0

This is going to be a good game tonight. Two former teammates that have played for both sides in goal, both wanting to prove something to the other side. A team that was redwing hot to start the season having trouble with the teams in their division and in a bit of a slump. A team that did not come out of the lockout with the drive and direction that this ownership group and players have shown the last 11 months. A very good mix of young stars and up and coming potential standouts that both teams have here and down on the farms. I look forward to the Central being a top to bottom competitive division and a return to the Norris Division days of hate and somewhat even rivalry's. This being said and the fact that I am posting in enemy territory I will say Blues win 4-3 The Blues goals will be by Perron, Boyes, Tkachuk and E. Johnson The Wings scoring will be done by Hudler, Homostrom and Zetterberg Here is to a rousing good affair and LET'S GO BLUES

Which of the 7 'big' names get into the Hall this year?

I know 1 player that is in the HOF now.------------- http://www.letsgoblues.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=22232

    Tkachuk traded back to Blues

I am not sure if I like this or not, but THE #1 pick that Atlanta got was the same one that they gave the Blues when the origiinal trade went thriough. The Blues will still have their own #1 in the next draft plus WE PICKED UP A 3RD OR 4TH ROUND PICK NEXT YEAR. Rent a player probably but 1 less free agent we have to worry about.

    Dallas Drake on waivers

Drake was/is a warrior that is no longer front line material but still could be a member of 300. It is a numbers and age issue so that youth may be brought up to the Blues. If you are interested... http://www.letsgoblues.com/phpBB/viewtopic...&highlight=

3/24 GDT: St. Louis Blues @ Red Wings, 2:00 PM ET

QUOTE(Cajanek_Spielmacher @ March 24, 2007 - 02:02PM) Here is to hoping for a well played and intense game that has no influence from the referees. Here is hoping that Edmonton lies down for Nashville and losses in regulation. Here is to Dallas and San Jose winning big. Here is to the Blues winning 4-3 in regulation. Here is to you, all of you Mrs. Robinsons Let's Go Blues Case you couldn't tell this is for the RED team so here's to the Wings sending the Blues home crying. I think it's time for a Wings shutout. Pretty sure the Blues could give it to them. Bang the Drum loudly..............The REFS robbed us again........

2/8 GDT: @ St. Louis Blues, 8:00pm EST

WOW--I HAVE TO PLEAD INSANITY............This is what I get for listening to announcers and not using my brain. They were using the timelime to compare the domination of each team and misspoke about it turing around when S.Y. came to town. Should have engaged brain since Kelly and Ferderko make about 10 mistakes per broadcast. Glad I could give you a good laugh after the shutout

2/8 GDT: @ St. Louis Blues, 8:00pm EST

FYI THE BLUES AND WNGS HAVE PLAYED EACH OTHER APPROXIMATELLY 237 TIMES SINCE THE BLUES HAVE BEEN IN THE LEAGUE.....THESE ARE REGULAR SEASON GAMES...............THE RECORD FOR ST LOUIS AFTER TONIGHTS SHUTOUT.................96-100-41[/b]...........FROM 1971 TO 1992 BLUES DOMINATED AT AN EQUAL RATE AS HAS DETROIT FROM 1992 TILL THE PRESENT............92 WAS STEVE Y. FIRST YEAR IN THE LEAGUE......MAYBE THE PENDULUM IS ABOUT TO SWING BACK....
