You can't start a topic like this after this game. I watched it, and are defence left Ozzie and Ty out to dry on most of the goals. It resembled our game against Nashville in the fact we turned the puck over about a million times in our own zone. So to answer your question, no. I think our goaltending has been coming around as of late, or D just needs to step it up. Re sign Hossa Please

Does anyone know if you can get NHL network in HD in the US? I have it in standard but I want it in HD!!

This is getting really frustarting and annoying. This game was by far the most physical that we played all year, yet the 4th line is completley invisible. Both Maltby and Mac look like they have cement in their skates, they look like they are lost and no longer have that physical componint to their game anymore because of their lack of speed. There pretty much making our team roll 3 lines because there not only invisible in the offensive zone, they're also a defensive liability. This is SOOO ridiculos and frustrating knowing the level of young talent we have in GR. And for those of you saying Mac got into a fight tonight it was in the first, and didn't impact that game at all. Maltby looks like an old man who lost his car and can't find it. UGHHHHH sorry guys I needed to say that after watching tonight's game. /end rant. PS bring Helm and Leino up plz. <3 Pat

What I should have said is send Malts and Mac down, and bring those two up. However were too loyal to do that, its just frustrating thats all.

I have to agree, I understand the orginizations loyalty to the players but honestly what does McCarty do for our team? You could argue that he has veteren leadership but half our team has a ton of leadership to show the ropes to the younger guys. I would really just wish Holland would send him down and get some young talent into the lineup that can actually contribute. Having Helm, Ab, or Leino would benefit our team much more then an aging Mac or Maltby who can't skate or come close to contribute on the same level they did during the late 90's cup years. Loyality is one thing but hindering the young talent we have in our farm system is another.

I'm here for tomorrows game against the Rangers. I've seen a few reports saying Z is day to day, but I was wondering if any of you have heard if he is playing tomorrow or not. I'm keeping my fingers crossed my gf and with me and is a huge wings fan and bigger Z fan and she has never seen him play in the 4 games we've seen together :/ If anyone has any info on him let me know, thanks -Pat

I think you need to look at the stats so far, even though he hasn't scored a goal yet he has 3 points in 4 games. I was at the game last night and he skated hard. He just has to get some chemistry with Dats and Homer. They played together all but twice during the preseason. He needs to develop some chemistry with Dats more then anyone, he still looks like he isn't ready for the puck in certain spots where Dats can get him the puck. Once he starts to get his stick down and just know Dats can get him the puck you will start to see the goals pile up. But instead of saying he is lazy and sucks be more constructive and look at his points so far, he is still adjusting to his new team, they are 4 games into the season...

As long as we get to see him for one game I will be happy. Its just bad luck, I bought my GF a Z jersey and everything. Not to mention she hates flying lol she will look at this as a bad omen. CMON boys wish me luck Z BE IN THE LINEUP

UGHHHHHH this is so frustrating. My girlfriend and I are flying out for two games against the nucks and rangers, her favorite player is Hank and she didn't get to see him play last year either when we went down to LA for games against the ducks and kings. PLEASE Z for the love of GOD!! Be in the lineup!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was watching the opener and noticed on Homers goals that he wasn't annouching the goals over the PA at the Joe. Is everything ok with him??

These people are a joke, not only do they say Lids won't win the Norris. All of them but ONE person say Stamkos won't win the Calder. Please send these people back to another department.

Hello all its me again asking silly questions I'm going to the Joe next week for games against the Canucks and Rangers. I've been there before around 2004 and I remember parking on the street across from the joe, then walking pass a school or some kind of building and across a bridge to the Joe. (Sorry bad memory) my question was, can you still do that? If not what other decent options are there that are cheap or free. I know its not that safe walking around the joe out towards the city but if I'm not putting myself in danger I don't mind the inconvience of walking a little ways to the Joe if it means free parking Thanks -Pat

Thanks alot everyone for your input I think thats what I did last time i was at the Joe. I remember parking on the street walking past a building going over a concrete bridge and coming to the front of the Joe, I'll prob go with that option. Thanks guys

I'm going to 2 games at the joe this season against the Canucks and Rangers. I want to sneek some Octipi in the Joe and throw it on the ice, however I don't want to come all that way just to be kicked out after I do it lol. My question is, do they throw you out if you throw octipi? I've never seen them do it, but for the most part I don't think they would show that on TV. Thanks for your guys in put GO WINGS!!!
