I didn't say he was bad, I was just messing with you. He just doesn't click well Datsyuk. He would probably find easier playing with Hank. Realistic move would be switch Franzen and Hossa. I just have a soft spot for DZH line, that clouds my judgement sometimes.
-
Hossa needs to deserve second line minutes, or else hes a waste . You can switch second and third line if you like, but then Franzen is on the third line. Yes these are mad hatter lines, but not necessarily bad ones. And we will never see these lines, so no worries. Very interesting and fresh idea, might be worth a try.

I know these lines will never happen, and most of you will probably think I have gone completely mad. But this is my honest opinion of the best possible line-ups. First of all, I want the old DZH line back. Franzen is a lock on second line wing, because I think he performs better as a winger. So I have this much figured out: Datsyuk - Zetterberg - Holmstrom ??????? - ?????????? - Franzen Next center for Franzens line, Hudler or Filppula? Filppula and Franzen have played well together past, so I chose Fil. And since Fil And Hossa have zero chemistry on ice, the winger is going to be Cleary or Leino. Choosing Leino would give better balance between lines, but Cleary is already a proven NHL:er. After these thoughts, the final set up ended looking like this, with Helm taking the roster spot from the one who doesn't perform, no matter who he his. Datsyuk - Zetterberg - Holmstrom Cleary - Filppula - Franzen Leino - Hudler - Hossa Maltby - Draper - Sammy Lidstrom - Rafalski Kronwall - Stuart Ericsson - Lilja Osgood Conklin opinions everybody have one

Online stream anywhere? -
People are waiting how the games just before weekend end, before they make their picks. Wise move by doing so. Ducks don't look great, now do they. But I was afraid, that I would forget to take my pick on time, so I took my pick early on. Dream on

Here's my top-5. Jiggy and Kipper haven't shined recently, so they didn't make on my list this time. Never been much of fan of Nabokov so his out to, don't shoot me. 1. Martin Brodeur 2. Roberto Luongo 3. Henrik Lundqvist 4. Flyers tandem Biron/Niittymaki 5. Lehtonen

Cleary getting his turn on the Zetterberg line?

Pieces will fall to their places eventually, just give the team some time. After 10-15 games we will know which line combinations work well together. We could end up having three legit scoring lines. -
Thanks. A bit risky, but gotta try to save the best picks (teams) for later rounds. Also considered Tampa and Canes.

Florida over NY Islanders on Saturday.

This actually makes me worried and happy at same time. Whats the deal with his playing rights? Could he go back to Europe, only to comeback to play for some other NHL team?
-
I think Maltby is one of those players, who have earned his right to retire as Red Wing. You could say why Kopecky or why someone else, but not really why Maltby, when there is still some loyalty left in the world.

Damn, got fooled by this. Before egg and chicken there was a frog.
-
Yep
-
Not sure, Total perhaps.
-
and players have already complaint about it (source NASN).
-
1-1 Donovan.
-
No if retires or doesn't play in NHL, otherwise yes.
-
Kennedy scores.
-
Commentators on NASN actually said something about position of microphones, when there was shot to a glass with a very loud sound.
-
1-1 St. Louis with a goal 2-1 Dubinsky
-
Yep, looked a bit soft goal. It took some time even from the NASN commentators to realize there were goal.
-
I use Unibet and Centerbet.
-
Don't forget Abdelkader either. Abdelkader-Helm-Leino are better than most of the third lines in NHL, and in Wings they don't make even in the fourth line.
-
Where can I see the full shoot-out? TSN only shows Lang scoring, and I would like to see all Wings efforts.
-
My picks: Ilya Kovalchuk - Second in goals, tenth in points and he plays for the Thrashers. I wonder what he could do on a somewhat decent team. Niklas Lidstrom - Does this really need to be explained. Ryan Miller - Great goalie with best years still ahead.
