I have to admit Detroit- with the exception of Ozzie- looked awful during Game 6. If they play like that Friday, it will be Crosby and Pittsburgh-- not Lidstrom and Detroit hoisting the Cup. That aside... GO WINGS!

I really hope that they win it tonight because I want to see Hossa skate with the Cup around Mellon Arena. Maybe he'll even let Cry-sby - excuse me- Crosby touch it.

Assuming that we do win the series, my MVP would have to be Z. He's been an absolute beast this series shutting down Crosby- which Ozzie couldn't do himself. Hank has been like having two goalies on the ice. Z is the MVP.

Yes, I agree that he has made some awful turnovers in this series but since coming up to Detroit from Grand Rapids four years ago or so I think he has greatly improved.

Hell will freeze over before Holland trades Hudler. Our defense and goal tending is fine. Besides, Hudler has been WAY to good this year to just trade him away.

Wow. Lilja blocked three shots on that 5- on 3. Conklin was brilliant. Good job boys.

A couple of things I've noticed about this year's team. 1. It didn't take them two months to win a home game. 2. The Griffins are competitive this year. 3. Daniel Larsson has clearly been the better goalie. 4. Curt Fraser's doing something right because the forwards are driving the net. 5. Leino hasn't been the same the past couple of times I've seen him. He looks hesitant and doesn't go to the net. On a side note: The first game Chelios played in Grand Rapids he wasn't skating to good. I mean it. Griff skated TWICE as good as Cheli. He nearly face planted himself twice; once at the Marlies blueline and again coming out of the locker room for the 3rd period. Also, I was wondering; who do you guys think has been the biggest surprise (good and bad) this year for the Griffs.
