    Pavel's back must be sore from carrying those guys. Wow. He is undoubtedly the best 2 way player in the NHL.

    I just watched Henrik Lundquist get beat by a TIPPED point shot to tie 3-3, and in the other game, nothing. TIPS. REDIRECTIONS.

    We always make opposing goalies look like world-beaters. When every shot goes off the logo or 5 hole from the point, it's pretty easy to look like the man.

    Case in point, right at the end of the period, Samuelsson was skating in between the circles, gets in the slot and passes the puck back and to the boards to Datsyuk, who shoots from there. WHY NOT SHOOT FROM 7 feet away or go hard to the net?

    Watching the Wings defense trying to get the puck out of their own end is downright scary. 3-4 passes, drop back passes, it's crazy. I watch Fowler carry the puck out by himself and into the attacking zone and wonder why we can't do that, then I realize #5 is no longer on our roster. And I get sad all over again.

    I have even less confidence in this team than I did before, unfortunately. I thought maybe the last 4 games they woke up before the playoffs and got right. There is no way a team that's "right" lets that happen.
