I was hoping he'd be move at the deadline for Ott. I am hoping he can be moved to the sabres who just need fillers and term or the islanders to hit the cap floor and be a bit more experienced.I think he's tradable even though I place no value on what he brings, I would have never never drafted him. 2.4 is really an indifferent cap hit and he's under contract for a few more years he should be able to be moved

We need some guys who forechecking and get to the net with a harmful purpose -
I agree about if the play had been penalized and forgoing the suspension. The $5,000 hurts no one, at least the major would have hurt the team and benefited the wings in some way.

I do not want Howard stick handling anytime soon, he simply isn't good enough at it. What I rally would like to see him work on is knocking down dump ins behind the net and settling dump ins behind the net for the d men. He doesn't have to make any passes or anything like that simply leave it in the trapezoid after stopping the dump in, makes it much easier on defenseman specially against hard forechecking teams, trust me.

He is so so similar to Quincey with his falling and questionable balance, also can not receive a pass very well and throws some grenades but his pk is good and he can eat minutes I'd much much much prefer Ericsson though -
Bouwmeester is exactly what this team needs awesome first pass, then not much when in the offensive zone besides a decent shot assuming bow was extended I would have done Tatar and someone else glad Gus wasn't traded though!

Their retiring makes me feel too old I remember 2003 like it was yesterday. I was at game 7 as a 14 year old in jersey. I'm getting very nostalgic over the recent rash of retients and those that are soon to come (iginla doan etc) loved all these warriors

Penguins lack depth but also have less balls than the bruins the bruins have alot more going for them at every level I honestly don't think the wings have them beat at any level on paper! I do think they have some advantages against the penguins

Awesome game last night I love love games on nbcsn doc equals hockey for me I think he's clearly the best in the game minus Edzo I really do like Pierre as a color guy when it's just him and doc he tones his knowledge down and breaks down the game with the best of them Anyway awesome game last night!!
