Hell, at this point, why not call up Jeremy Williams? He can't play defense to save his life, but he's proven he can score goals at the NHL level. 5 goals and 7 points last season in 11 games as a member of the Leafs.

The only reason we never rushed prospects before is because we were a very competitive team, and frankly, that isn't the case this year. If you ask me, it's time to go out on a limb and try some fresh blood.

With any luck, Nick will take note of the poor play around here and resign for as little as possible. If we can shed a few million here and there, and plug in some useful bodies, we could be a great team once again. -
Hossa did not work hard in the playoffs for us.

Hossa can score all the regular season goals he wants. When he learns to put them in the back of the net come playoff time, then we'll talk. Nonetheless, congratulations to one choke artist helping rout an entire team of choke artists.
