It was nice having Hoss around, but I won't be terribly upset to see him go elsewhere. It's just not worth sacrificing depth to keep him around. With that said, I'm excited to see where he lands, and what Holland does with any available dollars, assuming we lose Hudler. Weave your magic, Kenny.

This is the right move by Holland. Don't get me wrong, I loved having both guys around, but it's time to move on. -
For the right price, I would welcome Neil or Orr to this team with open arms.

Backed hard. Kevin is one of closest friend's first cousin. We grew up together. I'd love Westy in a Wings uniform. The guy is a monster.

Leino is a pure scorer, and in the playoffs he was on a defensive-minded line with the likes or Kirk Maltby. How many points did you really expect a rookie to get in the Stanley Cup Playoffs on a 4th line that rarely scores goals altogether? Think about it. We saw what Ville can do earlier in the season when paired with proper line mates.

It's a shame, but it was always implausible at best. With that said, it was great to have Hoss in a Wings uniform, even if only for such a short term. For one, it's going to be tough having to play against him, assuming he's situated elsewhere next season. -
