Nice pictures. Thanks for sharing.

This will be a tough challenge for our boys. The Bruins are playing great hockey. However, I have a feeling we'll come out flying tonight and more or less dominate this game. Thus, the Wings take this one 5-2, with goals from Hossa, Zetterberg, Filppula, Hudler, and Stuart. Conk Block will have a relatively easy time in net, but he'll make the saves he has to, and Lucic and Savard will pick up the only two markers for the Bruins. Does anyone have a stream for tonight's game?

He's also won three Stanley Cups, and excuse me if I'm not pushing the panic button, but I'd much rather base my opinion on a lifetime of success as opposed to two months worth of play.

Well, I was very unimpressed with the Wings' play in the first period, but we managed to solidify ourselves a bit and secure a victory, which is all I expect from this team. I'm happy with the two points, but we'll be facing a tough challenge tomorrow night when we meet the Bruins. Also, it was great to see Hossa and Zetterberg kick it up a notch and get back on track tonight.

GOOOAAAAALL! Zetterberg ties it up.

f*** off, refs. Let Lilja lay a beatdown.
-
Sloppy.
-
Nice to see us break out on an odd man rush, but we sure spoiled that one.
-
Lilja just got rocked.

I wouldn't trade Datsyuk or Zetterberg for anybody.

Dope. Thanks.

What attitude? I posted a legitimate rebuttal.

I don't know how this FSN+ s*** works. Will this game be on Center Ice or not?

Belak knows his role, and reports say he's a great guy to have in the dressing room.
-
Yes, we have. We beat the Canucks 3-2 on November 2nd in Vancouver. Do your research.

Ignoring the fact that it's not even December yet, wins are wins, and a loss is a loss. Atlanta were undefeated for five straight games, does that make them a better team than the Canadiens or Bruins? No, it does not. You need to lighten up and realize a point is a point, no matter who you get them against and who you lose them to, especially this early into the season.

Kopecky has been on the first line for the last couple of games, and he has performed fairly well. I'm sure you had the same lack of confidence in Franzen before he turned into a crucial part of our success, so why not give Kopecky the benefit of the doubt before immediately assuming he doesn't have what it takes?

Nice GDT. It will be good to have Cleary back in the lineup. Sure, his point totals are down heavily this year, and his play has been marginal at best, but he brings a lot of heart, soul, and desire to this team that we can feed off of. He's a real warrior, if you ask me. Anyways, Wings will win this one 5-1. Ozzie is a wall in net, and Detroit gets goals from Zetterberg x2, Hudler, Rafalski, and Cleary. I'm ready for the Wings to show the Blue Jackets why we are a legitimate Stanley Cup contender. Also, does anyone have a stream for this bad boy tonight?
-
He hasn't been his usual self, but he's still played above average hockey. Nothing to complain about.

With the exception of a few short stretches, the Wings were very sloppy and horribly unimpressive yet again tonight. Montreal had a plan on how to shut us down, and it's very clear that it worked. It's good we're only a quarter of the way through the season, as these are the exact kind of kinks that need to be ironed out come playoff time, or else we won't be raising the Cup again this year. Nonetheless, I have bundles of faith in this team, so I'm not worried.

Hahaha. Well played. Two and a half hours until the puck drops. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't wait to see Helm back in a Red Wings jersey. I haven't been this stoked for a game in a long while now.

He's come to a bit of a halt the last game or two, but that's nothing but a minor lull in his domination. The Mule is a hell of a player, and we can only hope the Wings hold on to him.

Here's to hoping the Wizard of Oz has a hell of a birthday.

Is it confirmed that Ozzie will be in net tonight? He was great in Vancouver, but I've felt very confident with Conk Block between the pipes, so I was hoping he would get the calll again. As for the game, this will be a fun one to watch. In usual fashion, I'll predict the Wings take this one by a score of 4-2, with goals from Hossa, Zetterberg, Franzen, and Drapes. Not to mention, TSN is hands down my favorite sports network, so I'm amped they're showing this one.

If Lemieux somehow cracks the Sharks' roster, I would love to see D-Mac embarrass him again.
