Detroit takes this one with ease. 5-1 Red Wings on goals by Hossa x2, Zetterberg, Franzen, Hudler, and Kronwall. If we lose manage to drop the ball again tonight, I won't be pleased.

Good. I'm glad to see Lidstrom recognizes both he and the team haven't quite been up to par, so maybe his influence will light a fire under the team's ass. Here's to hoping we get on track.

Embarassing losss, but I'm not worried quite yet. We're exercising a dominant offense and a sub-par defense, though I'd gladly sacrifice a little of the former for more of the latter.
