f*** you, Pronger. I hate that man so much it's incredible.
-
This game is just another prime example of why I hate the Ducks.
-
Please don't let them pot another one.
-
f***!

We need to stay out of the penalty box. That's Anaheim's game, not ours.
-
GOOOAAAALLLL!! Datsyuk from Hossa and Lidstrom.
-
PP again.
-
Fairly slow game so far.
-
PP time. Lets strike early.

Do not want.

Good lord. Thank you. With the exception of one of the dark-haired girls, they are all absolute bombshells. PS. Let it be known that the Kings and Bruins are my favorite teams not named the Red Wings. You're a woman. I don't expect you to understand how the male genitalia (brain) works.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. I don't give a s*** how un-hockey it is, the Red Wings need ice girls. Gorgeous.

He's not getting "pulled." Babcock is using a tandem just like he did last year until Ozzie started playing exceptionally well. You can't let Conklin ride the pine 90% of the time, or he will be cold and completely devoid of any sort of groove if we need him. If we go lengthy streaks without putting Ty in goal, what happens when he's called upon if Ozzie has a streak of bad play or perhaps and injury? I'd much rather continue using the tandem that we are right now. NHL goaltenders should be able to build on solid play even if they have to sit a game here and there.

It should be noted that none of those women are even remotely attractive. Coincidence? I think not.

I'm just posting so that three Canadians will have chimed in on this thread in a row.

You were predicting they would lose before what felt like every game in the past, which is exactly what I accused you of. I didn't say that you stated they would lose tonight anywhere.
-
If you're a fan, why don't you ever predict a positive result for one of the league's elite teams? First, you were predicting we'd lose every game, and as if that wasn't enough, now you're predicting our players will get injured. Seriously, we all know injuries happen, and the same goes for poor play, but for f***'s sake, be optimistic once in a while. I've been here for less than a month, and you're already my least favorite person around these parts.

I don't care how many times you claim to be a Red Wings fan, I don't believe you for a second.

I despise Anaheim, and I have a friend who is a huge Ducks' fan, so I'm praying for a win tonight. As usual, I'll predict a Red Wings victory (it's been working lately), so I'll say Hossa and company take this one 4-1. Hossa continues his strong play with a goal and an assist, Zetterberg nets one, and so do Hudler and Kronwall. EDIT: Also, does anyone have a link to a stream for tonight's game?

I'm torn. I want Franzen back as soon as possible, but on the other hand, I want Leino to have the opportunity to strut his stuff with the Red Wings. However, I suppose looking at it that way, I won't be too upset with whatever decision is made.

Lilja has been playing fairly good hockey thus far. He's an average defenseman who makes the occasional mental blunder, but what more can you really expect from a guy who rounds out your bottom pair?
-
Ozzie has struggled at times, and played above average at others, but for the most part, his play has been very slightly underwhelming. On the other hand, you also need to keep in min that we're 9 games into the season, and we've still managed to win games in which both our team and Ozzie has been somewhat below par. In other words, I am far from worried. Ozzie showed us last season that he can play spectacularly, and until he destroys that recognition, I will remain confident with him in goal. Also, he was wonderful in the shootout last night. On another note, Conklin has looked quite good, as well. I wouldn't mind seeing Conklin start once every three games to ensure that Ozzie is well-rested come playoff time.
