I'd have sex with her.

Naturally, when using a 3-tier system, there's going to be exceptions in each tier to the criteria. As for Dan Ellis, I personally think he's a great goaltender who will have a sturdy career, but he's only played one season, and I couldn't find anyone in the second tier to juggle him with. With another solid season under his belt, he will no doubt move up.

GDT: Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Philadelphia Flyers
The Mule replied to DatsyukownzU13's topic in General
I'm hoping for some scraps in this one. -
You know what I mean. Practices can be grueling, but a game is much more physically demanding.

Cleary getting his turn on the Zetterberg line?
The Mule replied to YoungGuns1340's topic in General
I sincerely hope Cleary is moved up and Samuelsson stays put. -
Hardly. He didn't have a spot in Detroit, and with Jack Johnson going down to injury in Los Angeles, Quincey just punched his ticket for playing time. I'd imagine he's celebrating as we speak.

Nice to see the Wings pick up another win on the road. The team was still a bit sloppy tonight as a whole, but they got the job done, and in the end, that's all that matters. Conklin was out of position a fair number of times, and had to resort to making quite a few desperation saves, but for the most part, I thought he played excellently. Next up is Vancouver at home on Thursday. It will be good for our boys to get a few days of rest.

It's almost game time. We can do this.

It's too bad this had to happen. My deepest sympathies go out to his friends and family. He had a very bright future, and it's a shame his time came so early.

4-1 Red Wings Hossa Zetterberg Samuelsson Cleary

Wow. You need to step away from your computer, go outside, and take a deep breath. If you lose sleep over something someone said on a message board, you need to reevaluate your life.
-
How thick are you? Nobody was panicking. The worst thing anyone said is that the Red Wings were playing like s***, which they most certainly were. How hard is that to understand? I don't understand why anyone is labelling that as "panicking."
-
It wasn't pretty, but we got the job done.
-
GOAAAAALLLL!! Johan Franzen assisted by Brian Rafalski and Henrik Zetterberg.
-
Yet again, nobody ever said anything like that, either. We realize this is only game two, but for the most part, the Red Wings have played below par, and as fans we have every right to criticize that. You need to learn that criticizing the team during one or two games does not imply that we think the season is in jeopardy.

Terrible post. Nobody ever said anything like that.

GOAAAAALLL!! Johan Franzen assisted by Henrik Zettberg and Nicklas Lidstrom.

This is quite possibly the worst forecheck I've ever seen.
-
I cannot believe how bad we are.
-
Hahahahaha. Well said.
-
Terrible perspective. It doesn't matter what game it is; every point counts. People said the same thing after game one, which we lost, and now here we are in game two, losing.
-
The Wings played a much, much better first period, with the exception of a couple stupid penalties. We outshot the Senators 17-6 without a power play.
-
Despite the penalties, not a bad period from the Wings' standpoint by any means.
-
I love how Hossa is never afraid to shoot the puck.
-
Also, I'd just like to point out we are outshooting Ottawa 17-5.
