On Monday the Leafs will unveil a new/old look for their latest jersey change. The team will revert back to the jersey worn during the "Gilmour Era" from 1992-1998. At the same time, they will name Dion Phaneuf the new captain.

Nashville trades Jason Arnott to New Jersey for Matt Halischuk and 2011 2nd round pick.
