Colorado. I have Stewart & Hejduk on my fantasy team, so the more from them, the better. I have Stoll, as well, but he's been awful lately, so I expect nothing from him.

Done for the rest of the regular season with a broken ankle. Out about a month or so.

Their only saving grace could be that the Rangers and Thrashers suck so much that they might still get in. Hell, even the Bruins and their non-existent offense can't manage to fall out of the playoffs.

It may have nothing to do with it, but I believe the Montreal AAA had red jerseys.

Definitely some interesting insight into how things went down.
-
They seem like they're getting along fine. It seems they left the bitter feelings on the ice.

I completely disagree with the assertion that this is a hit from the side. (and yes, they do put numbers on the sleeve, but that's not what I'm talking about) Ovechkin hit him from the side and behind....he had at least one arm on the numbers on Campbell's back. It's a dirty hit.
-
So the onus shouldn't be on the players because things happen quickly? They should be allowed to push/hit guys head-first into the boards because he was skating a full speed? You're taught from the moment you start hitting that if you see the numbers, you lay off. Ovechkin saw Campbell's numbers from the moment that he started skating back for the puck. He had all kinds of time to realize that this was not a time to try and hit him. It's a disrespectful, dirty hit. He should be suspended because he has a history of doing dirty things like this. Ovechkin won't stop doing stupid things like this until he sits out games.
-
Big deal....the guy is 4-5 feet from the boards, in a vulnerable position. There's a time to hit and a time to lay off. That was a time to lay off. If Campbell isn't turning there, he goes head-first into the boards and he's carted off on a stretcher. The fact that he's in a turn helps him go into the boards at a less-dangerous angle.
-
Maybe, but when a player builds a reputation for dirty hits like that, then the punishment increases. It's like committing a crime. Lighter punishment the first time around, but keep committing the crime and the punishment gets worse.
-
Such a dangerous, disrespectful play. He should be suspended, based on his history of these types of hits.
-
Didn't the NHL warn Ovechkin that he was going to get suspended for his next boarding major?....or something along those lines.

Just google NHL Line Combinations and it's the first site that comes up. Called Dobber's Hockey, I think. Something like that.

Just to put the whole who-he-plays-with thing to rest: Samuelsson has taken 48.97% of his even-strength shifts this season with Kesler & Raymond. His second-most common line is with the Sedin's, at 8.06% of his shifts. 7.9% with H. Sedin & Burrows 4.78% with Bernier & Wellwood 3.96% with Burrows & Wellwood 2.96% with Kesler & Shirokov Many others less than that.

The colour scheme has a Vancouver Canucks feel to it. I recommend you discard immediately.

New York Rangers have claimed Alex Auld on re-entry waivers.
-
That pertains to trades. Players (starting on Wednesday, I believe) could be sent up and down, which includes waivers.

But nobody has won more gold than Canada.
-
No numbers yet, but it's a multi-year deal.
-
To truly appreciate curling, you have to play it. Plus, you get together with your opponent and get completely wasted after the game. Anyways, Canada going for double-gold. Pretty confident that Kevin Martin can pull it off, but I'm not so sure about the ladies.

6 year deal, $3.3 million cap hit.
