I personally feel like Kenny will make some sort of forward trade, as in maybe Flip or some draft picks for another more physical yet offensively effective forward. Honestly I think a new forward on the roster would be pretty cool as long as it didn't mess with the chemistry so much. Your thoughts?

I've done a lot of hard thinking about this situation and I would SO MUCH rather sign Marian Hossa than Johan Franzen. Franzen is a good player but Marian is just so passionate about winning. I mean he sat there on June 4, 2008 and watched the Wings lift Stanley. Then he chooses to sign with that very team just under a month later. He really is committed to winning and he knows he'll get it in Hockeytown. He's one of my favorite players and I hope he stays for his career. BTW, someone needs to change the picture on his Wikipedia page. I'd do it but I don't know how.

So I'm about to by an RBK Sidekick, I've got my blade pattern and everything picked out it's just that there is one problem. I want a stick that's around 80 or 75 flex and when I go to choose my pattern it gives me a choice between Right/Regular/Bergeron and Right/Mid/Bergeron. So my question is which one of those is more flexible and also which one is closer to 80-75 flex? Thanks. I didn't really know where else to post this.

I don't remember Anaheim complaining about travel back in 2007, Nor have I heard anything about San Jose's thoughts on travel. Those team are just as far west as Vancouver and have no trouble with travel. Unless you're talking about San Jose getting their asses handed to them at the Joe.

I know it wasn't very special or anything but Maltby's goal against Turco in the 6-1 win was pretty bad ass. Every hockey player I know, including myself would love to score a goal like that. You should put that in the tribute.

I really don't like it when teams just spell their names on their jerseys. I think it would be so much cooler if teams could just put in the little bit of work to make an actual logo and not just put Word Art on their jeresys.

I know everyone loves Hossa. I think Hossa is AWESOME and phenomenal player, but my heart still lies with the Mule. I would gladly lose Hossa to keep Franzen and Z.

I despise Pierre McGuire. His favorite team is whoever is playing the Wings. I have a suspicion that he wanted Pittsburgh to win last June and now does whatever he can to make the Wings look bad out of personal revenge.

I'd take the Mule. Hossa is a great player but honestly I think Franzen works better with the team. I think Hossa sort of butted in on the team chemistry, don't get me wrong though, I love the guy. Franzen's my pick though. Franzen, final answer.

It seems like everyone who is not a Red Wings fan HATES the Wings. For instance, I was recently watching the Wings 08 cup DVD and it seemed like everyone except Doc Emrick had nothing good to say about the Wings. I've never heard anyone say something like "I HATE THE SHARKS!" So what's with the leaguewide Wings-hate?
