I didn't even waste my time reading through all the posts. This is downright stupid. It's hockey. It's part of the game. It doesn't matter if it's someones personel life or not. It's trash talk, trying to get under one anothers skin, trying take their mind away from the game. ITS HOCKEY. Plain and simple. Lets just take all trash talking, fighting, checking, hitting everything that is not family friendly and MEAN out of the game. That'll be fun. Maybe we can cover the sticks in pink feathers! Change the game to be more figure skating related! YEAH! So much better! Do you honestly think this stuff only happens in hockey? Its sports. Its a competition. You mean to tell me that you've never talked trash to someone your competing with? I ran a race last weekend and theres trash talking there among racers. Its human nature, settle down.

I'll be at game 1 tomorrow with my brother. Three of those Tim Horton tix ($30) ending up being like $125 after all the stupid fees. And they are not good seats. But its the playoffs so Im pumped anyhow. Hopefully we don't have any empty seats. We need to show CBJ who is boss.

although funny, I don't think I could spat it all off in front of a camera. I was at the joe on Feb. 11 for a game against Pheonix and got asked to do the jumbo tron trivia thing. I did. Asked me three questions "who was pheonix formally known as" "who leads the team with the most goals" and "who has the most points" Well it was hossa night and everything was geared around hossa, i had hossa on my mind. I answered the third question hossa knowing full well it was dats....I felt extremely dumb and the 18,000 fans let me know about it too. All in all, put a cam in front you of, and you go blank.

I also took advantage of the Tim Horton tickets. Bought them right when they went on sale at 10am. (didn't want to lose out) got pretty sucky seats, figured they were all bad. Yeah, after buying the tickets, i tried a few more times to see what tickets it generated. Good stuff, like sec. 114 row 10. I mean I am in like 227 row 19... Cmon, so much for "best available" option. Oh well, its the playoffs and it was $30 guess I can't complain.

Well for us that will be there for games 1 and 2 will have to yell even louder to drown them out. That is rediculous though. Just no one has money around here. Its sad. I watch videos from the good ol' days like 97/98 and the place was just crazy, flags waving, high fives.

i didnt mean any harm or foul in my remark. I just think it's silly to think of trading Franzen off right now. It is brought up that he gets pushed around so much; well wouldn't one think it is due to his playing ability. He gets under peoples skin quite obviously. I for one don't care how big he is, I don't want him throwing punches. He is a goal scorer not a fist thrower. Just like everyone was worried when Hossa took one for the team, sure it speaks volumes of his dedication but we were all a little worried and thought he shouldn't be risking a hand injury of any kind. just my thoughts.
