I think we're already behind. I started looking at about 5-8 hotels in Ann Arbor and most we're booked or "unavailable" from the 31st to the 3rd or were "full payment, no refunds". It's going to be utter hell crossing the border for us Canadian's too. Ah well, such is life.

I didn't watch the game last night, but after seeing that hit about 10 times in a row, I couldn't give a s*** about the loss. Wins come and go, but the Canucks are gonna remember THAT for a loooong time. Love it.

Soooooo. The two biggest telecommunications giants in Canada combine to purchase the broadcast rights to the biggest franchise in Canada/NHL. I wonder how the CBC feel about this? You're move CRTC.

I'm not condoning a meltdown, and all those stats are nice, but 2 games (4 points) are what separates the Wings from a 3-way tie for 9th place at the moment. Just saying.

Yes, you're right. Realigning an entire multi-billion dollar industry from the inside out is fairly simple.

The cop out woulda been just to swap Detroit and Winnipeg. Drastically realigning the entire NHL was the hardest thing for them to do.
