While not as statistically important as the games before this, I think this game will be an indication as to whether or not this team's "killer instinct" at an acceptable level going into (hopefully) the playoffs. A win tonight, while not exactly mathematically eliminating them, could crush the spirits of idle Calgary after the Isles served them up to us for a kill shot last night and can also keep us in the middle of the Western pack. Hot damn, what a great time for hockey. GO WINGS GO!!!

If we take nothing away from that period I'll be ******* overjoyed. Such pathetic hockey. I stopped trying to keep track of all the errand passes, weak dump-ins, and overall mediocre play. That said, Wings come out flying in the 2nd. Believe that.
