Didn't they used to even fine people who weren't penalized during the game?

I've noticed lately that the news always refers to stock "indexes". They used to always say "indices" but people are too dumb to understand that now.

Looked worse than it was. Good on OV for stepping up in the neutral zone though. PK had better keep his head up, there are a good few people who people would like to do that and more to him.

"...this just in...reports of a massive structure fire in downtown Newark..."

before you start...I know it is sick and wrong, but I did it for a good old fashioned LGW goof.

I find it interesting that people want to play on the Wings but play for Bylsma. What does that say about Babs?

Nick is the smartest.

I just saw that thread too - its awesome. They covered so much ground. I thought some of the stuff I had done on here was original only to see someone had Olli'd it before (d'oh!). It inspired me to make my own Olli. I will whip up a Wings related one tonight to offset it though. edit:done

I was hoping to see a dozen or so cheap crossing-the-goal-mouth-cheat-move goals ftw.

Might just be a generic listing for Lower Concourse?

Yes I guess it does, but I was more thinking of shots and chances of his own making. He is OK with rebounds and one timers, but when he is creating on his own (which he is very good at), he doesn't capitalize on a very high percent. Sure, some of it is a lack confidence and deference, some of it is him learning to be more patient, but I think a good bit of it too is his wrist shot lacking and preventing him from burying the puck when he gets the goaltender down. That is a huge part of the offensive tool kit which he needs to work on. No one is mistaking his shot for the Mule (or even Hudler), but he seems to be creating more chances than both of them through his hard work in all three zones. The great part is that it is something that will get better. Just look at the way he tries to dangle these days. He has enough confidence to do that even when he is usually not successful at it, so I don't think lack of confidence is what keeps him from hitting another offensive level. Don't get me wrong, I personally am very happy with what he is putting up, I just think that when he sorts out a couple more little things - look out! It's fun to watch him develop. Sooner or later, he is going to get through on more dangles, and bury more dekes. This one wasn't a roofer at all. That was about waist high like I was talking about.

I thought to myself last night "when was the last time I say Flip roof a puck?" I can't honestly remember - everything seems to go waist high. I'm think it is indeed a offensive skill issue intertwined with confidence issue. I don't think confidence alone will solve it, but as with Helm he has enough going on that he can continue to create a lot of chances and the more he can bury is just icing on the cake.
