I don't think every guy should get a ceremony. Most should just get a PA announcement at a TV timeout and get to raise their stick to the fans. If a guy plays all 1000 games for one team, and has been their captain for 10 years or so, then I suppose it's not such a crazy thing. *oh and holds franchise records for goals, assists, and points.
