Dick is doing okay at the moment in the Swedish Elite league. But i doubt that he is smart enough to become a 1st or 2nd liner in the NHL.

I doubt he will start playing again seeing his foot felt worse than he was hoping (according to swedish newspapers). He would make any team better if he came back. Imagine zäta - foppa - franzen as a 2nd line

Detroit had some of the best russians who ever played in this league. Different times today though so kinda hard to compare but I'll place my vote on the Russian 5.

I don't know what happened to Gerber when he moved to the NHL. He was an incredibly reliable and skilled golie when he played in the swedish elite league. Maybe a move will do him well.
