Well said, well said.

as long as he sticks to the east, there's no problem, right?
-
The Arcade mode is awesome though!! (or whatever the one with the powerups and stuff) So much fun to be had in that lol.

Somewhere I heard it mentioned that Leino (don't remember where it was a long time ago) had tailed off and wasn't used to the long season of the NHL. It's great that he has experience, but that competitiveness may be better off later in the playoffs (in hopes we get that far) when scoring becomes that much more difficult. I don't know how well he'll do when he comes up, but he deserves it. Helm needs to come up first imo so that we have that energy that he has been so good at bringing. All of course just an opinion, Babcock probably sees things differently

Oh O'Halloran We won the cup last year even with his reffing, so don't be scared! Even if he is going to be more determined this year. In general, I only have two refs I don't like. O'halloran and Tim Peel (the guy who missed the puck hitting the net against the sharks, both times), So as long as they don't stick it to the Wings at the same time, I'll be okay.

Usually I'd say i didn't want to play Anaheim because of the rough travel Schedule, but it looks like we can't use that excuse with the Pairings. (Chicago - Western Canadian team; SJ - StL; Columbus - Other Cdn team) So I'd say Anaheim would be fine, give us games in the first round to really get up for and in the best case scenario, all-central 2nd round.

Kind of funny, considering he was the last pick in 2002

Hossa! the big 4-0!
-
Yes Big E! Love the kid!
-
shhh! don't let people realize that our goalie made solid saves late. You know, to keep it tied.
-
In any case Thomas got the ideal revenge. A lovely shutout!
-
This is going to be VERY interesting come playoffs.
-
That's all I could think about after the game Woulda been nice, but we have 3 games in 4 nights so save it for Buffalo
-
Despite the loss, the Blues don't scare me if we were to face them in the playoffs. They just don't... no real rationale behind it.
-
agreed, conklin is doing fine imo on a side note, I think the blues deserve at least some credit for their defensive game tonight.

NHL.com as well http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=416233

I agree, in every way. Maybe Det > Nsh in 6, but once it gets to a Sharks - Wings series, I don't know how to pick
-
agreed. Saw the kick, hoped for the best, didn't get lucky.
-
400!!!!! What a way to do that!
-
Every game Ozzie plays now is his last chance. Let's see what he does with it.
-
ahhh! The math works again!

I was thinking about this last night, I think it's possible, it'd be awesome and everything, but no guarantees. We should though, as long as we go 7-2 into the playoffs like i'm hoping

FACT: We are better at D, with the pairings last night

This makes perfect sense to me. Chelios has the hockey sense, ericsson has the right amount of offensive push, and then great speed and always seems to get back. Lidstrom-Rafalski just always seems to pan out, they seem to have a great chemistry whereas Stuart (I've been annoyed by him recently) played well last night. Lebda I haven't liked alot this year, bad timing to his penalties, weird plays to clear the zone, just hasn't fit my idea of defence. Keep it Simple! And well, Meech needs to be a forward I think. Just can't wait for Lils to get back! -
My horoscope says that Rollie's getting a shutout tonight...
