I live an hour from the Joe. I try to go 4-6 times per year. I went to the the game last night. Normally, it is a problem with actually being able to afford going to the game. Several times I have been lucky enough to have playoff tickets made available to me and I generally go deep into debt buying them, as I cannot turn them down. Historically, I think I have seen the Wings play every team in the league live except for Boston and Atlanta. I lived in upstate New York for a few years and was lucky enough to see the Habs play EVERY team in the league at the old Montreal Forum over a two year stretch.
