getting Homer and Franzen back is our only chance in making a deep run in the playoffs. IF we don't get them back and up to playoff speed...(that's the key) then we are going to continue to struggle putting the puck in the net. I wish we had another scorer but we don't and it doesn' look like we will have enough money to go get one this year... Hang in there boys and keep grinding it out...the wins will come!

Basic Math boys...We need to put the puck in the net more than the other guys and right now we're not! Not in this game and not this season. It's games like this that we could have won but we are not finishing.

Here you see the difference between Ozzie and Howard. Howard is usually sqared up for the shot while Ozzie tends to show more of the goal and can't get sqared up for 2nd shots. Here's hoping he continues to get better though. -

keep treading water boys...the cavalry is coming soon. This says a lot about Bert...we keep saying we need someone to step up...good for him! Me thinks this will eventually get the rest of the "stars" going.
