Ericsson's stick sucks.

Damn it. I'm at the hospital (my wife just cranked out our second kid) and they have FS-D, but they of course didn't have FS-D+ (Monday's game) nor do they have this "National Broadcast Company Sports Network" for tonight's game. All in all this kid has cost me two hockey games. On top of that, it will be at least a good 12 years before he can mount any kind of respectable competition in NHL games on the PlayStation. This leaves to F5ing it on the NHL homepage as I stare at Crosby headlines while laying on a f*cking pullout chair with the worlds s***tiest mattress. But, the good news is that it's a healthy boy, but my wife wouldn't let me name him Tomas...

Oh, so he was only swinging at Howard, but may not have made contact. Well, if he's only TRYING to punch the goalie then that makes everything OK!

Zetterberg is guilty. I don't think there was any malicious intent, but you can't be reckless. Even a little push or bump when a guy is in that position isn't acceptable. I think Zetterberg deserves a one game suspension. Two at the very most. I'm glad everyone's OK.

Ericsson sucks tonight. Two penalties, one of which Edmonton scored on.

Bettman... did something right? I love this four conference system. They've got Chicago, St. Louis, and Detroit together. They also have Toronto, Boston, and Montreal together, which is also pretty cool. The only people that got screwed were the Florida teams.

I wasn't the only one that was confused, I thought someone actually died until I saw the hit and noticed the lack of death.

Not to mention "CarrierIQ", the program that snifs your keystrokes and text messages for "support" purposes. CarrierIQ also runs stealthily and you cannot remove it or turn it off.

Ericsson made some great tape to tape passes tonight... to the wrong color jersey. I also like the penalty he took that Colorado converted on. It's not all his fault though, apparently the Wings are supposed to play in more than just the first period.

The refs need to protect him. We'll be denied his greatness if he re-strains his ****** and is out another 8 months.

He looked better last night. He scored a goal, which always helps, although I still have no confidence in his blue-line slap shot (something the Lidstrom, Stuart, White, and Kronwall all have). He did take a penalty last night that Tampa converted on, but I was at the game so I couldn't tell if the penalty was BS or not.
