Wow. It looks like "hooking" has been redefined. Hooking Minor - A penalty shall be assessed anytime a Detroit Red Wings puts his stick anywhere near an opposing player.

A little late, plus after the goal, and he left his feet. Combine the lateness with the leaving the feet and I can see one or two games.

I agree. They skated hard and deserved this one. There were a few 'light' calls against the Wings, but overall Nashville outskating and outplayed us.

Yeah, he sucks. He should score more goals like... wait... no one on the team has more goals than Homer... Although I do admit, he sucks with Bertuzzi, it needs to be Datsyuk, Holmstrom, and someone young who can skate.

What? I think this was a good call by the NHL. 5 games is nothing to laugh at. That's a real suspension. As much as I hate Bettman and disagree with the NHL sometimes, I think for the most part they're good with suspensions, including this one.

Last Chicago Stanley Cup: 1961 Since 1961 Chicago has gone to the finals 5 times and lost. Since 1961 Detroit has also gone to the finals 5 times and lost, however there were also 4 additional times where we went to the finals and won the Stanley Cup. So... if Detroit sucks, where does that put Chicago? It makes me smile to know they love us so much. -
