My thought's exactly. With that kind of thuggery he might be getting a call from Anaheim.

Great find SWF! Belfour's is the best! Don't forget about Osgood, he's got a sick paint job on his helmet too:

Regardless, it's a fact the Crosby is a whiny little baby that sucks at the teet of Bettman.

But just in case you like a little modification....

Here we go, no photoshopping needed:

It's crude... but I only had MSPAINT to work with...

If you were to take the cup out of this picture he would look VERY special ed.

Lidstrom is still awesome, but his effectiveness will start going down with age, just like Chelios who WAS awesome, but sucked last year. Lidstrom still has plenty of life in him though.

It was warranted in both threads. One of the issues this board has is consolidation of discussion. Remember the 5 million Hossa threads when we lost? People start stupid threads, many of which zero to little substance, that are often duplicates of other discussion topics. You fail!

Starting new thread when sticky exists = fail.

Here's the thing: Hudler--> Good, has skill Grier--> Bad, does not have skill

I agree. I don't think Homlstrom is super-awesome, and I know he's nothing without talent around him, as opposed to a Datsyuk that doesn't require surrounding talent. McCarty cannot score. McCarty can't fight. McCarty can't skate. He can't do the things he used to do. He was once awesome, but his career should be over now.

This is what Mac brings to the team now:

I agree. There is an economic barrier to playing hockey, and because the different races are spread disproportionately through different socioeconomic classes, that is why there are less black hockey players. However, I don't want Grier, mainly because he sucks.

He's right.

Agreed. They're good, but not retirement good. The only Wings that I think are retirement worthy from my era of watching hockey (1995 and on) are Yzerman and Lidstrom, period. No Fedorov, no Datsyuk, no Draper, no McCarty, no Zetterberg, and no Osgood (although Ozzie would probably be my third pick if I HAD to pick someone).
