I agree. They're too busy trying to respond to every clean hit a bump. I'm glad the refs are starting to penalize the Hawks for their retaliation to clean plays. -

I wouldn't call Havlet a *****. You can't exactly do anything when you're rag-dolling on the ice unconscious. Now he should have had his head up, but I give him props for playing today. -

The refs have been "alright". They're not making the most logical calls all the time, but they're at least keeping it somewhat even. -

Yup. I love all the crybabies in Chicago whining about it when the entire hockey world, including CBC, Versus, NBC, and even most Chicago newspapers all agree the hit was clean. -

So you're saying that players can act like they're going to play the puck, guard it between their feet, and as long as they don't touch it they are immune to any contact? If that's the case then I need to find another sport.
