How about "you guys can't even sell out your arena?" That one is always hilarious. They see one empty seat and it's instantly ZOMG, YOU CAN'T EVEN SELL OUT THE ARENA.. HORRIBLEEEEEEE. No. The JLA experienced an 11 year sell-out streak which ended in 2007. And even since that time, we've never fallen below #7 on that list.. usually placing higher in seats sold than the team the person using the insult is a fan of. In fact, I recently saw on the Ducks board talking about game 7.. saying we couldn't sell it out... even though it was announced on tv and radio that it was completely sold out.

I have a friend who used to work at a grocery store in the area he used to live in and he said he'd see him in there with his wife from time to time and he had to brace himself to keep from crying. He truly is and inspirational story. Much love to Konstantinov.

Hiller was phenomenal for the Ducks. We certainly shouldn't be laughing at him for tearing up after the loss. He had every right to. I feel absolutely horrible for him.

It was a good goal, plain and simple. The puck wasn't covered. Cleary poked the puck with his stick through Hiller's pad. Wam-bam... goal.

Ozzie is a playoff goalie, to say the least. I think it's something about the pressure that gets him going. The team in front of him DOES help.. but he's a fairly good goalie on his own as well. If it were the regular season, you guys would've pelted pucks into the net left and right.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum (didn't know where to put it). I think this is one of the biggest advantages to having professional sports. Just knowing what these guys do for charities astounds me. Here you have it.

I do too. I personally found it really touching. I know every sports venue does this kind of thing.. but I really think hockey players are of their own kind. Just amazing people, for the most part.

If Ozzie is our weakest link, we have a hockey team of gods.

Ozzie is amazing, plain and simple. He thrives off of the playoff pressure and brings his best game.

Thanks, guys. Even though the Ducks lost tonight, I'll reiterate what I said in another thread before the game... you guys have had one hell of a season. You took out the #1 seed and #1 favored team in the league and then you pushed the defending Cup champs to their first game 7 in something like 13 series. You guys definitely earned a round of applause.

Don't forget ducks4cup and that new guy reading this thread right now... bigduck.
