Absolutely pathetic. When the Ducks player who trips you thinks it's a penalty and it doesn't get called, you know it's f***ed up.

They're complaining that they hate Disney references and then comparing Disney to the auto companies in the next post to show their superiority. Will the stupidity never end?

Agreed. There's a reason why when players and coaches are interviewed, they always talk about how Holmstrom is the best at what he does - which, as we all know, is screening the goalie. On countless occasions, players have said that Homer is the type of person you love on your team and hate having against your team. NOBODY in this league is as good at goalie screening than Homer - even sports analysts tip their hats to him.

But let's remember it's desperation hockey for the Ducks tonight. I expect a little more physical aggressiveness from them. They don't have anything to lose.

I found the article amusing. If nothing else, it speaks to the talent and success of the Wings organization as a whole.

Only Mindfly could surpass the amount of buzzkill in that post.. and even he has decided to be oddly fan-like as of late.

I knew you had an account over there 'cause I'd seen some of your responses. It seemed like anything you typed on that board, you were instantly labeled a troll. That game me a lot of good laughs. YOU. A troll?! LOL!

I became a Wings fan because the Wings represented home to me. I was born in London, England to a 15-year-old girl who had the compassion to put me up for adoption. I lived in foster care until I was seven, when I was adopted by a Michigan family and moved to America. Being that I had never really had a family before, I was scared. Scared because I didn't understand the family dynamic. I didn't know how to act. What to say. If I should hug them.. or just cry. My dad has been a Wings fan as long as I can remember.. and his was of getting me to feel more comfortable with the family was sitting us all down together in the living room and watching the Wings games. It sounds silly, but after awhile.. it became my family bonding experience. I'd lay in the couch cuddling into my dad and he'd explain the rules of the game to me while my mom stroked my hair and commented on how the plays were either good or bad and why. That's when I became a fan. The Wings have always been a part of my life in America.. always. And watching those games helped me overcome the fear and nervousness of being in a family. Like I said earlier... they ARE home to me, and they always will be.
