Who really cares? It's shot on goal - not goals. I guess the Ducks need something to complain about, though.

Wings domination, through and through. We keep playing with this intensity and putting traffic in front of Hiller, and we've got an easy win. And our defense is looking pretty good today!

Players jaw-jack each other. It happens. Just because one of them happened to be mic'd up while doing so, we're going to throw giant hissy fits over it? It's part of the game. There's probably 100x worse said when players AREN'T mic'd up.

Glad to hear Wiz is okay. Not so glad to hear that he's back in.

Here's the way I see it: The Ducks have one solid line and Selanne. Other than that, they've got nothing. The Wings have three - and even four - solid scoring lines. In the OT loss that they like to chant about, we held them off to THREE OT'S. Three. We dominated them in every category from about the third period on. If the Wings can bring that intensity from minute 1 all the way to minute 60, the Ducks don't even have a chance. And not only that, we're missing two of our top D-men and our face-off specialist. Now, we aren't hurting too bad in the face-off department, but if they were all back - it's safe to say this series would be pure ownage on the Wings part. We're doing perfectly fine. We play a full 60 minutes of hockey and we have this thing in the bag, period. End of story.

Guys.... I'm thinking Arby's. Someone needs to photoshop the Wings bench with Arby symbols above all of their heads.

You know what's funny? One of the Wings fans on this board told a Ducks fan that they have to play smart - and this guy went completely apes*** over it.. said that the Ducks NEVER play smart and when they do, they fail. I was like hmmmm.

Mission accomplished. New mission: Succeed.

I absolutely love Dallas Drake. I drove to Traverse City during the summer to take pictures with the Cup and get stuff autographed by him. His whole family was sitting at the autograph table and I had more than one thing to get autographed. The lady at the side of the table started yelling at me that I was only allowed one autograph, and he stood up and said "Don't even worry about it. I'll sign it all.. you guys are the reason I'm here. The Cup would mean nothing without you." Honestly one of the nicest guys I've met.
