Our team is basically set in stone. We're the losing 2009-2010 Red Wings with the addition of Hudler.

If you put him with good players then yes, he plays very well. On the other hand when you put him with scrubs like Cleary, who can't finish, then his potential is lost.

I'll take Chelios because he's mean as hell.

I'm happy for Leino, I've always been a fan and had high hopes for him here in Detroit, but I guess the coaching staff didn't have the patience nor the knowledge in what situations to put him in. Keep it goin' Ville, don't stop until you lift that Cup!

All I gotta say is that I love these two lines Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Holmstrom and Hudler-Filppula-Franzen

Datsyuk and Zetterberg should already be playing together regardless if they have a powerplay. The two have great chemistry and it will only get better if you put them back together. I know Babcock has said something along the lines of "We tried that before and they weren't playing that well", GIVE THEM TIME TO GET USED TO EACH OTHER AGAIN! You can't expect to split two players who basically won the Cup for Detroit in 2008 and then put them back together in the playoffs without or with little time together in the regular season, it's common sense. Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Holmstrom Hudler-Filppula-Franzen Cleary-Helm-Eaves (or Bertuzzi) Abdelkader-Draper-Maltby (or Ritola) Lidstrom-Rafalski Kronwall-Staurt Ericsson-Lilja (or Kindl)

I've been saying get rid of him ever since we brought him into the coaching staff. Isn't it odd that ever since he joined the staff that we've dropped from one of the best defensive teams in the league to one of the worst?

First off let me start out by saying, thank you Jimmy Howard. Next season will be better, hopefully no Bertuzzi and happy Hudler will come back hungry for a championship. Lidstrom will have to take a huge pay cut or he's done. Let the boys rest and recover from the deep playoff runs we had in the past few years. I'm hoping for something along the lines of.... Detroit Red Wings 2010-2011 Stanley Cup Champions

It's do or die now, no more excuses. Focus on the game that's coming up, nothing else. Just keep taking it one at a time. If the Wings hold up mentally I think we could pull a miracle.
