Had a hockey game today, so I fell asleep while watching, I was hoping to wake up for a Wings come back in the third, only to wake up to a fourth goal by the Coyotes. Oh well.

I never doubted Filppula for one second, he's got strong potential and it's nice to see him and Zetterberg tear it up like that.

But Hudler could never skate the puck from the neutral zone int the offensive zone. Zetterberg, Datsyuk, and Filppula are the only one's on the Wings that can do it.

For those of you who don't know, Brad McCrimmon is in charge of the defense. Ever since the 2008-2009 season, the year he first joined the coaching staff, our defense has been terrible, haven't you noticed that? We went from one of the best defensive teams to one of the worst in a matter of two seasons. The difference between last season and this season is that last season we had the depth to score goals, we were insanely good offensively...Players have left and we're not capable of producing that offensive anymore. We're forced to be poised into an elite defensive team, like in 2007-2008. But with McCrimmon running the defense, he's not living up to expectations and ultimately leading our defense into "un-Red Wing like" hockey. Is anyone on the same page as me?

You're the idiot. You fail to recognize that our team has been playing like absolute s*** and when a fan has concern about it, you tell them to get off the bandwagon. We score three goals and lose 4-3 in regulation, we have a 4-2 lead on the Coyotes, we lose 5-4 in OT, We get shut out 6-0 by the Islanders. Unacceptable. Seems like it's been a carry over from last season.
