Same old same old. I'm more interested in which page the Stanley Cup parade route is on. Will they use the same one as last year? These are the things I'd want my paper telling me instead of Wings old/Sharks choke rehashing. -

This It doesn't seem so much about tradition anymore as about ending up on Sports Center or getting hits on YouTube. Peoples tendency to take things to far is as much to blame as Bettman, an opinion that probably won't get me many friends around here. The thing is if your going to cite people for this you better start citing people for chucking a hat on the ice. IMO that could be considered discriminating by singling out one group.

Q . When you look back, is there one moment or game that gnaws at you, any major regret? A . Yeah, that Game 7 at home against Pittsburgh (in 2009), losing in the Finals after we were up 3-2 in the series. Even though we won the Cup the year before, it still bugs me. Nice to know we share the same regret. I'll never get over that one.

The "Bill Laimbeer Effect" in action. I have no problem with whatever happens on the ice, stays on the ice. I don't like LePeww, he made every team he played for better IMO. It's when he said Draper should be grateful for all the extra pub he was getting for the hit that was it for me.
