Somebody needs to step up and mess him up. What a better way to get the crowd into it even more than we will be by taking him by putting a huge check on him his first time on the ice. Then when he gets up just pummel him like McCarty did and make him turtle. DET/SJ is giong to be a good rivalry this year because they are two powerhouses. I call it setting the tone of the game and using home ice advantage. Part of being an athlete is giving the fans what they want and we want Claude to get the pi$$ beat out of him. Somebody step up, I don't care if it is McCarty, Holmstrom, Chelly, Lilja, Lebda or Kronwall. All I am saying is that we need to set the tone...early and often.
