The second line is what scares me the most. Babs is a smart coach and if they are being dominated he will change things up. And for the record, I ******* hate the Sharks, and I can't stand most of their team, f*** Niemi, f*** ***** Joe, and f*** Rat Face Couture.

He needs to be ready to center the second line that will have to shutdown Clowe/ Rat-face Couture/ and Heatley.

Give it to the Tricerotrotz.

We just need to shutdown the top two lines for the Sharks, and our bottom 6 will outmatch their bottom 6.

A shark fan just named some dman on their team like White, Demers, Vlasic, and called them clutch performers...

They will show it hopefully if the first game doesn't go to overtime. Which means we will be able to watch the third period at least...

For us who don't get FSDetroit or live near San Jose, we won't be able to watch game 3, awesome.....

Van in 6 seems the safe bet to me.

I don't hate the Canucks at all. Personally, I hate the Sharks and their fans more than the Canucks and their fans. This might be that I was in attendance for the sharks and kings game 4 last Thursday in Staples Center, and a group of shark fans were being really annoying and rowdy. Granted, I know there are a few bad apples in every bunch, but the Shark HfBoards area is just a bamboozle - fest against the Red Wings already. The Shark fans are already calling Wing fans out as too confident and pompous. Whereas, I was able to have a civil discussion with Canuck fans on their HfBoards after the game 6 "debacle" if you want to call it. The Canuck fans were much nicer to me, even in a dark and troubling time for them.

I hope Mule is in game 1....

My biggest worry for this series is if the Wings get caught up in their own zone and we allow "Big Joe" to start his cycle game. I think that is the biggest threat the sharks have. Not to mention, Joe Pavelski completely killed us in the series last year. I watched all the games the sharks had with the Kings in the first round, and I've noticed the Sharks can start a bit slow in games. So, if the Wings can jump to early leads, especially in the first two road games, they will be in great shape.

Well the sad thing is they did not play at their peak at the most important part of the season, the playoffs. I see your point, but I kindly disagree . Regardless, looking forward to the matchup with your sharks this year. It should be a heck of a series.

Kings do not have the best defense. Doughty - outside of game two, had a terrible series. Matt Greene - most king fans say he was the worst player on both teams. Alec Martinez - when I was in attendance for game 4, he made countless rookie mistakes. Scuderi was solid most the time, and Willie Mitchell was their best defender. Jack Johnson also had a decent series. But come on, the Kings had terrible defense in game 4. And this team with the "best" defense, blew a 4 goal lead at home. And you want you want to say this is the best defensive team in the playoffs? Give me a break.

Really proud of this team taking care of business in a very professional manner. Just like Cleary said, the lack of rest really came back to bite the wings in the rear in the second round last year.

Wow no mule this is crap. Regardless, Let's Go Red Wings!
