Hossa is a great addition to the team! Not attempting to sign Hossa again would be a huge mistake. He has two huge goals the other night in Game 4 and played a huge role in Game 5. Hossa makes this team that much more leathal! Not signing Hossa would be a bigger mistake than letting Rossie O'Donnell get free in an all you can eat buffet. Hossa is key element to the Red Wings and why they will repeat this year!

I can't wait for Rafi to get back. Don't get me wrong I think Abdelkader did an amazing job. I would love to see Abdelkader in the line-up with Rafi. I think getting him in the line-up would add a bruiser which would make the defense even more potent than it already is. Still, I would take Rafi over Abdelkader but I can't wait to see what Abdelkader will turn into in say, maybe 2 seasons down the road.

We need to give Hossa a break. He was excellent in the playoffs last year if everyone remembers. Hossa is going to be around awhile and he will perform. I hope he starts tonight. Even though he has nothing in the first, I think he will end up with a goal and an assist tonight and hopefully perform better for the rest of the series. Give Hossa a break. I'm on the "Chelios sucks balls" bandwagon. If anyone would like to join, let me know. We have plenty of room.

It's going to be one of those games. The NHL loves a Cinderella story and that's what the ducks are. It sucks but the Wings are going to have to play through it.

I think now that Z is still here. Holland needs to work on getting Franzen a long term deal. He bring a lot of speed and size to the front line. I think with Pavel, Z, and Franzen (not to mention a few others), the Wings will be looking really good for plenty years to come. The cap is a huge issue but I think Franzen will settle for a little less to stay with the Wings and win at least two more cups.
