Babcock's lineup changes are getting more and more perplexing. He scratches and/or demotes guys that are playing with energy and passion(Tootoo & Tatar) and keeps rewarding guys that are sleepwalking/not producing(Cleary & Abdelkader). Maybe Babs is taking bribes from opposing coaches to weaken the lineup? At least that would make some kind of sense....

yeah Babs can't use the "we have too many injuries" excuse to keep his effed up line combos going, there are enough healthy bodies to put together a line-up that makes sense now, and yet he keeps defying all logic anyone ever see that Simpsons episode where all the kids are playing pee-wee football, and Homer is the coach and keeps putting Bart in at starting QB even though he sucks and doesn't even want to be there? I wonder if eventually Abby will ask Babs to put him back on the 4th line

This. Babcock's constant coddling of the vets and restraint of the young players is getting very frustrating. Also, I still cannot believe that Justin Abdelkader is on a line with Pavel Datsyuk and well, the list could go on.
