I think some of our guys think Hossa is still on our team -
7 penalties on us, 3 on them are we being outplayed that badly?

what exactly do they do during practice? do they work on any of their weaknesses? at all?

hey look on the bright side, at least we're not Edmonton right now 6 goals surrendered in 1 period at home

another thing that has frustrated a lot of us is that some teams seem to have hit the ground running, whereas we fell flat on our face, got trampled by an elephant, and then pissed on by a hobo we just can't seem to catch a break, other than getting to play Columbus early on in the schedule

I gotta say I'm really beginning to hope Franzen gets traded, if this is the kind of effort we can expect from him on a regular basis then he can leave I don't think he'll continue to be the playoff beast he once was, if we can get even half-way decent return for him I'd probably take it not that I really believe Holland will ever do it, that'd be like admitting retroactively that he should've chosen Hossa

he did say after last season that he wanted to get back to having fun I guess he just did

plus the rash of injuries has only made it worse We are playing Kent Huskins who we just signed this morning, Nyquist playing his first, 5-6 regulars out, etc.

I can only hope we're getting the injury bug out of the way early, we seem to have had more injuries crop up than any other team, we really need Helm back, our bottom six is all messed up w/o him assuming we go ahead and drop this one, there's still time to pull it together but we need a spark

how are none of Jimmy's amazing saves getting our guys fired up? that was a ridiculous save, and they still seem to be sleepwalking....

man I hope they work out some of the kinks by Friday, getting Helm and Bert back should help
