Gotta agree with you there, the Wings certainly have not had that killer instinct needed to put games away, we should have scored about 5 goals tonight with the number and quality of chances we had, but we can't finish our chances We just seem to be finding ways to lose right now

hope he can can return sooner rather than later, of course; he's missed 27 games now and we sorely need him to solidify the D, Meech and Lebda simply cannot do it; when he does come back I'd like to see pairings like this: Lidstrom Rafalski Kronwall Stuart Ericsson Janik Lebda (even though I know Babcock will continue to play Lebda over Janik for no apparent good reason)

We should have won it in OT, Z had a great chance but despite the points he's put up the last couple of games he's still not firing on all cylinders, I can only hope this adds a little more fuel to the fire for this team, the only good thing I can say is we will get better once we get Kronner, Homer, Williams, and Mule back plus we have not come anywhere near to peaking this year, I just hope we don't wait until it's too late to do it freakin' amazing moves by Dats and Bert, too bad it was for naught

From where Leggo and the linesman were standing I don't see how they could possibly have thought it was a goal, esp. the linesman, he was to Howard's right which would appear to be a horrible angle to conclusively call a goal, and even Leggo's angle wasn't that great given the position of Howard's glove, to me this is a horrendous call any way you slice it.

I agree, this game is getting a lot harder to watch and be a fan of for all the reasons above

I'm not so much surprised by that call as I am disgustd with the refs, they better show a replay that conclusively shows the puck completely over the line, or these games are friggin' fixed

goddamn it Rafalski, I don't know how many times this year he tries to shoot it from the middle of the ice with a defender right in front of him and it gets blocked almost every time, and yet he keeps trying it!!! we have no movement on the PP, we all just stand there, shift around, pass around the perimeter, stand around some more, make a sloppy pass or take a low-percentage shot from the outside, then run back down the ice to retrieve the puck and suck it up all over again
