The schedule bothered me mostly because, Nick, Pavel, Ericsson and Drapes are healing, knowing full well that if Crosby was injured this rush to finals wouldn't have been dreamed of. But with Nick and Ericsson confirmed for game 1, there's no reason we can't beat you... All respect will be payed in any outcome of these finals.

I like to think that I can tell when my team is playing bad, a Hawks fan should be able to tell their team is being a buncha sissy headed goons. Take game 3 against Anaheim, up until that waved off goal I was sorely dissapointed with the teams collective performance. Yes the call was bad and it deserved to go to OT, but we just sucked in that game. It's not hard to see when you're team is just not doing things right, the penalties today were lopsided on account of the Hawks being ****** bags (except maybe the 'worste call in history' at the end of the first, but that's one out of like 10 bad penalties.)

Was he watching the same team as us? I'm assuming as a coach he's got the biggest homer goggles of them all, but he has to be able to call his team out in the locker room and let them know "You're being goons!" EDIT: I understand that call at the end was weak (not the worste in history, though or this postseason), but what I mean is that one penalty didn't cost the game, it was the ocean of goonery surrounding it. Teams get bad calls, we all know this, but the Hawks, save a few, were absolute goons on the ice after the first period.

He's working hard, just like Datsyuk who has been even more snake bitten than Hossa. If we had our whole offense firing on all cilinders (Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Hossa, Franzen, Holmstrom etc) at all times we'd go 16 - 0 through the playoffs, but the fact is our top scorers are getting the attention they need to make their lives living hells, while we're getting second and third line scoring... That's how the Wings work.

Detroit needs to pass better and keep themselves upright, they were falling down a lot in game 6 on what didn't appear to be trips, holds or hooks, but I could be wrong.

This sucks. Kopecky is overscrutinized. You can't have scoring like Datsyuk and Zetterberg all the way down to your 4th line, but he's got heart and he's wearing the Red Wings uniform. And you never hear of Kopecky making any mistakes out there, until this fight, but it's not the fight I think is a mistake, it was the not throwing punches and protecting himself. He knows that better than anyone, though. Abdelkader should be good for us on the 4th line, though. This s*** happens, but if Abdelkader screws up all you Kopy haters will be wishing he was back, because Kopy doesn't screw up.

Tone of voice. It's actually very clear I never had a problem telling the difference.
