    I'm not gonna list numerous scenarios, but all I know is this team NEEDS to make some TOUGH DECISIONS and make appropriate decisions in order to make this team better going forward. Its time to drop the loyalty crap and get players who are willing to do what it takes to win game 1 of the regular season all the way till the end of the playoffs. If it means losing a "Fan Favorite" then so be it as long as it results in 16 victories in the playoffs.

    Makes you wonder if putting him in the press box a few times during the season would have maybe ignited him to be the player he was in 2008...probably not, but if I were Holland I would seriously consider buying him out.

    Sadly this has occurred slowly since 2009...it just appears more apparent now that the talent is not what it once was

    Right before the camera pans to the faceoff, you see Shaw's foot swing forward will Flip's leg being swept out from under him...seemed clear enough to me

    Penalty shot for dribbling the puck to the corner? You gotta be kidding me with that kind of a call in the playoffs.

    Delay of game penalty

    They use this in college hockey...as a ref I like this because it penalizes the offending team, but doesn't make so that even when it was accidental there is no power play awarded.

    As you should...I get a little razzing if its warranted, but when it comes from those who as I said did not even know what hockey was until June 2010 then I don't even bother to waste my time to give them a response.

    Same here...my phone blew up about 10 seconds after the empty netter with friends trying to razz me...sadly none of them knew of hockey until June 2010. Maybe I need new friends
