My guess is he will prolly see some more production at first on the power play, but his game will begin to round out some as the season progresses and with that I see him netting somewhere in the 60-68 pt range....

I always have to make sure to get a nap in on game day as well as make sure I eat in the 7-8 hour range before the game... At the rink I have to have 3 gatorades all the same flavor and drink one before the game, one during each intermission during warmups my first shot to warm the goalies is a snap shot and then a slapshot and then a in close wrist shot while doing this all from the middle line of 3 lines shooting...then once we hit the corners I have to always go first and go same order again with shots (snap, slap, snap) and once warmups are over I always have to be one of the last few off the ice and I always finish with a backhand deke up under the crossbar Once the game begins I always stand right next to the bench divider between either the other teams bench or penalty box depending on the rink These are just a few I can think of as I am sure there are more that I could have thought of

this is certainly an odd change in things...maybe that is what seemed to make him seem invisible during the playoffs, but oh well he's Chicago's problem now and not ours

Good points...I think the anguish of defeat from the finals will be a good motivator to come back and have a better regular season (though last season was not terrible in terms of record), those who are not selected to the Olympics will be able to get some long rest and be able to carry some of the load for a a few games after that, they do get a week off once they get back from Sweden, but as I said above some very good valid points

the possibility of this trade would work for both sides, but as someone said before Johnson is somewhat of a head case and is prone to taking a bad penalty that costs a team a game...e.g. 2005 World Juniors in vancouver, he took a penalty late in the 3rd that cost the US a valuable point and would have allowed them to get a day off before the semis, but they tied Norway in that game and had to then play a tough quarter final game before losing to Russia in the semis I played with him on a couple of teams at prep school and the same thing happened all the time, but if the Wings were to think that Lidstrom could help set him straight then I would maybe go for it, but only time will tell
