According ot what i heard in the Philly radio broadcast last week he is now the worst player in the NHL because the philly color guy isn't in the nhl anymore.

Groin is a common injury in the preseason, mine is killing me too.

He should be proud he made the NHL despite having only one skill, I will admire anyone for that, he should not be proud of the game he played, it stunk. He was a good fighter, he can be proud of that, but his "play" was not noteworthy in the least.

I owuldnt mind him in GR, I think we might be the last team that gave this guys horrendous hockey skills a chance on a team, ironic if you ask me.

Welcome, im not form MI though, used to be though.

I agree he is soft, but to his credit he took a bloody hit that would equal multiple punches and came back in the game. That being said, he had one hit in his whole career that I remember him knocking someone down and they were off balanced and he never fought through the corners, he just dangled through them and avoided contact.

It isn't the be all end all of toughness that some people here are delusional about and think it is. If you fight some one it takes an ok amount of balls to be punched ect... but it really isn't as tough and grueling as some people here think.

Fighting is tough, we get it, but there are other things in this sport that are equally as tough and rough. And yes I would rather muck it up in the corners and be slashed than fight someone way larger than me (and apparently heavier than an elephant), but I wouldn't mind fighting someone the same size. I would take exception to a huge devastating hit though and right now the West has rougher, tougher hitters, especially if your going out there running the risk of being hit by the dirtiest hitting, most useless player this league has ever seen, Jordin Tootoo.
