Suter most likely out of Nashville

Hes not super gritty but he isn't a flagrant diver anyways, a typical star player. He only failed to hit 60 points in his rookie year and has a 90 pt season. And some of those were in a defensive system. This year Zajac was injured most of the year. YOu are clueless.

#8 Los Angeles Kings vs. #2 St. Louis Blues

I have watched plenty of kings games, Dustin Brown has been known as one of the top 3 worst divers for years now. Justin Williams is also awful. He drops the gloves every once in a while but then again do you think Matt Cooke is tough? I don't think you pay much attention to diving or toughness. I am not doubting his play but a guy who is that much of an actor does not deserve a conn smythe. I don't see how quick wouldn't get it anyways. edit: yes, I never condoned divers like Hudler, Maltby, Franzen ect...

#8 Los Angeles Kings vs. #2 St. Louis Blues

he has the most drawn penalties in the league. He has perfected the calculated "boarding" call draw. The guy is a scumbag, as much as I love hitters this guy isn't tough at all and he compromises the sport.

Brown is diving all over the ice, worse than the sedins, dk how that is conn msythe worthy.

So I had an idea for the WC jerseys

The wings should just wear their regular jerseys. Or just the white ccm cut ones.

    Parise, Suter AND Semin

He is likely playing for a contract, as soon as he gets the said contract he will stop playing to his potential again.

We Need to Get Tougher to Play Against

I think emelin and mcleod would be a good combo. Of course Emelin doesn't fight but he is one of the best hitters in the league, and Wilson is no slouch either. Fistric is the best hitter in the league but I don't see Kenny looking one bit at him or wilson. Mcleod has not been offensively prolific but he quietly is one of the best role players in the league.

    BYE BYE VANCHOKER!

Besides the first month St. Louis was a powerhouse all year. At this point they look like the team to beat, especially if wash and ott continue in the east.

    Parise, Suter AND Semin

he is a dog s*** player, the weakest nhl player, not to mention in the wings system he would be 10x lazier than franzen.

why the f*** would we get semin?

Death of the integrity of the NHL.

I agree with the fighting statement, but think about some of the vicious plays that happened back in the day. There weren't as many devastating shoulder hits because guys weren't as strong and the equipment was safer. The "80s style hit" was basically just decking a guy up in the face with a forearm shiver. And stickwork and elbows were far more prevalent back in the day.

    25 Games for Torres

I can't believe someone voted too lenient and so many voted just right, hockey fans have really gone down the tubes. None of you who voted just right has ever played a second of hockey.

Death of the integrity of the NHL.

terrible statement, there were plenty of attempts to injure back in the day they just were more accepted and harder to follow through on, hockey is a tough sport and those who play it know this, it is just now morons who know nothing about the game and the extremely liberal hockey media are up in arms about any type of physicality.
