I like the shootout. I find it entertaining as long as you know we aren't getting into one every other game. This year we haven't had many so I don't think it's an issue. However I would hate for them to just keep adding on overtimes until someone scores. That will make games way too long and way to brutal. If we get into a triple OT game and the team we face in two days doesn't than we are going to be at a huge disadvantage there. And don't even start to think if it happens on a back to back. Plus I think injuries would go up too just from players being worn out. Shootouts provide a short and simple way to pick a winner rather than having both teams grind it out until one falters.

Yeah no point in risking anything like a fine or being banned in a game that doesn't really matter that much in the grand scheme. I would just save it for the playoffs.

Best way to improve it: Cancel it. Honestly all all-star games pretty much suck in every sport. The only one mildly interesting is the MLB game because it at least has a reward that matters in the end. Keep the skills competition though. That is fun to watch.

I think in order to be in the winter classic you should have at least one (1) Stanley Cup in your franchise's history.

If we win tonight this will definitely be the biggest comeback in our history. Especially considering what, we were down 3 to 1 in game 5 with 18 left the the 3rd and had absolutely no momentum? I don't think we can be too upset if we do lose tonight. At least not any more upset then normal because we did do something that only seven other teams have EVER done before. We did something that only had a .608%, yes .608 PERCENT, of happening. And losing to the Sharks in seven games isn't too crazy, they are a good team too.
