I believe Hossa is going to have a night of epic proportions. He's been circling the ice like a starving great white waiting for his opportunity. He's hungry, he's going to attack, he's going to methodically take bites out of the Jackets and Mason. Once he has that taste he'll rip 'em to shreds and leave 'em for dead. -

I agree. Show the team that hoisted that trophy thing that the commercial is supposed to be representing. Not the losing team.

The league needs to promote itself. I understand that. It's just how they do it at the expense of the Red Wings that I find pathetic. First it was the jackass Pens fan somewhere in California who built his mini arena to watch Crosby score on the Wings. Now this Game 5 one on VS. We're the defending Cup champs. Show some friggin' respect. The Wings, from the owners, to management, to the players, down to the guys taping ankles, is IMO the "model franchise". We have been successful for damn near two decades, pre and post-lockout. We have more marketable talent in our roster than what was at Gary's circus side show in Montreal. Yet all we ever see is Crosby and the Pens.... scoring goals on our team. That's the thing that pisses me off. Another thing that gets under my skin the lack of national coverage of the Wings this round. Here's my situation. I don't live in Canada (no TSN or CBC). I will not subscribe to Center Ice Online (possible blackouts). I have Comcast Cable (they do not have Center Ice package in my area). My options are to try to find a working feed from some awesome person streaming the game (thanks who ever you are), if the Jackets make it a series and get to see game 5 or 7, or hoping that the Pens get eliminated this round (satire). Say the Wings sweep the jackets, I will have only seen one playoff game from the defending Cup champs on national TV. But I can watch every game featuring Gary's little baby boy. If Gary wants to promote the league and its expansion teams then why not show every BJ game to a national audience? Like I said above. Show some friggin' respect.
